Ongoing services (such as monthly retainers or subscriptions) may be cancelled via written email to info@strogeous.co.za. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will remain payable.

To ensure the success of your project, we may need access to accounts, content, or materials from you. Please provide these on time so we can deliver your project smoothly.
5. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables of your project (such as your website design, content, or campaigns).

Strogeous Marketing retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

While we always aim for great results, Strogeous Marketing cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. sales figures, search rankings, or customer growth). Our responsibility is to provide the agreed services to the best of our ability.
